We are currently looking for Project Manager. You will see yourself working on a Mega project that’s never been developed before and part of a growing business.

Responsibilities not limited to;

• Achieve compliance with scope, technical and operational requirements defined for the Project in the EPC Contract.
• Achieve on-time, on-budget completion of the Project.
• Ensure that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented.
• Contributes to business planning for section and area and participates in strategic decision making.
• Develop & implement project plans & monitoring progress in respect of time, costs & quality.
• Ensure effective communication and co-ordination between Functional Managers and the client team.
• Approve, interpret, and execute Jacobs policy, objectives, and standards applicable to the project;
• Implement & monitor systems & policies to ensure that projects are undertaken cost-effectively & in compliance with company policies & statutory obligations.
• Develop & maintain productive relationships with Jacobs’s Operation Centre Managers or any Management Committee, Client, management of parent companies (if any) and key project personnel.
• Identify potential safety, cost, time, quality, procurement, or HR issues & taking corrective action.

• Support the document control process for change documentation using current systems available, i.e. Aconex, Prism.

• Take ownership of existing Change Register and keeping it up to date with Change Request, Change Authorisation Request, Instruction and Agreed Value of Instruction information.

• Monitor performance of Commercial Managers where change documents are not being progressed within agreed timescales. Provision of administrative support, where required.

• QA check all information coming on to the systems and process accordingly.

• Follow the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence.

• Produce quantitative, status and analysis reports.

• Support senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the provisioning of new projects and organizations, including group creation, initial user registration, and role assignment
• Support code repository setup, ontology development, and pipeline configuration troubleshooting
• Help implement and manage permissions, group membership, and SSO integrations
• Support network ingress and egress policy administration under guidance from the lead administrator
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using Python scripts
• Triage and resolve Foundry Issues submitted by internal and external users
• Document and maintain administrative procedures and support guides
• Communicate directly with client stakeholders during project setup and issue resolution
• Ability to monitor resource usage and notify solution owners for remediation of high-usage situations

Depth of experience in a specific area:

Previous knowledge regarding the challenges and required coordination to deliver multiple theme park assets simultaneously.

Role Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the construction project is feasible, efficient, and aligns with the client’s vision. The primary responsibility will be to assess design plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify potential challenges or inefficiencies during the design, procurement and construction stages of the project. Very close collaboration with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders will be critical to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Assures the construction plans for planning the project, including design, constructability, methodology, HSE, and delivery are agreed and communicated to the team and implemented.
• Manages project scope, ensuring changes are properly documented and approved through change control process in Aconex.
• Collaborates with Discipline leads, accountable for development, implementation, monitoring, reporting of project plan, schedules, budget and resource allocation.
• Works closely with the Contractors to successfully drive delivery of scope to time and budget.
• identifies, documents, coordinates, and continuously monitors the various interactions and dependencies within a project to ensure seamless integration, minimize risks, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
• Ensures the alignment between the design requirements and the contractual requirements by reviewing, identifying gaps, providing feedback, and facilitating the necessary resolution.
• Conducts thorough reviews of design documents to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and specifications.
