Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize data architectures that support AI and Machine Learning workflows
• Integrate large-scale datasets from multiple sources to ensure consistency, accessibility, and performance

• Utilize AWS ETL services such as AWS Glue, Lambda, and Data Pipeline to manage data ingestion, transformation, and integration tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze Framework data, reporting on trends and performance to drive improvement.

• Maintain visibility of Framework parent and child opportunities within CSP pipeline, drive data quality and link to Oracle.

• Work with Framework managers to identify improvements in data collection and reporting

• Monitor and report on framework delivery performance, highlighting underutilized agreements and surfacing opportunities for additional scope.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize framework performance against targets.

• Provide Framework Managers and leadership with trending data and insights to support prioritization of pursuits, resource allocation and recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the collaboration with stakeholders to gather and document complex business requirements
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for significant improvement
• Develop and propose advanced Digital solutions (including computer programs and applications), that meet strategic business needs and objectives
• Act as a liaison between business units and Digital teams to ensure clear communication and understanding
• Create and review detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

As our Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Payroll Processing – processing new hires, employee changes, terminations, processing hours and pay for all employees, completing appropriate documentation and checklists accurately and timely
• Payroll Audits – finalize and balance payroll totals using internal tools, perform all necessary reviews and audits to reports produced by outsourced vendors, such us Gross to Net, payment reports, etc
• Internal Payroll Audits – gather payroll data for internal and client audits
• Reporting – run payroll related reports to support the needs of departments and customers
• Customer Service – provide a consistently high-level of customer service and manage escalated cases and service requests within the SLA requirements. Partner with HR/Accounting/Benefits & Compensation/Tax Department and managers/supervisors to ensure that a strong business relationship is maintained.
• Process Documentation/Training – create/update process documentation to include work instructions and process flows. Assess current processes to streamline and gain efficiencies.
• Knowledge – knowledge of end-to-end transactions, including highly technical and complex payrolls. Research and find creative solutions to solve payroll issues in an increasingly changing environment.
• Teamwork – support other team members to mentor and coach. Participate in team and company initiatives to support the “we” mentality vs. “I”. Work collectively as a team to ensure that we meet our monthly metric goals of processing with minimal errors, worked performed with SLA timeframes and positive employee feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive geospatial data repositories (including tables, schema, metadata, and spatial files) by processing census, OpenStreetMap, and other similar sources.
• Optimize pipelines, frameworks, and systems to facilitate development of data artifacts. Transform raw data into cleaned, organized and actionable formats. Solve data integration problems.
• Ensure high scalability and performance of software components and systems, with optimal use of machine resources.
• Optimize and tune SQL queries to ensure efficient performance and scalability in Google BigQuery.
• Productize data science algorithms within the StreetLight InSight® platform, in collaboration with the data science and web application engineering teams.
• Interface among our United States, Canada and Eastern European teams. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs.Participate in peer design and code reviews.
• Participate in a global team to support Jacobs StreetLight's 24x7 SaaS solutions. This will include some rotational on-call responsibilities
