Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collaboration with stakeholders to gather and document complex business requirements
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for significant improvement
- Develop and propose advanced Digital solutions (including computer programs and applications), that meet strategic business needs and objectives
- Act as a liaison between business units and Digital teams to ensure clear communication and understanding
- Create and review detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Provide guidance and support to project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring Digital projects
- Support process of computer programs production by active collaboration with all involved stakeholders
- Analyze data to provide strategic insights and support high-level decision-making processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor less experienced business analysts
