  1. Ability to position IBM at Executive and mid management perspective with SLED clients

· Executive Presence (Communication / Presence / Knowledge of IBM Business Skills)

· Build both executive level and mid level relationships

· Has client first focus to create client intimacy / essentialism

  1. Have industry work experience focused in Transportation, Trnasit clients
  2. Ability to build collaborative relationship inside of IBM

· To lead demand generation engine and delivery execution across IBM Consulting Growth Platforms and service lines and with IBM Technology

  1. Identify, Qualify and Develop Opportunities across IBM Consulting solution areas
  1. Brings delivery knowledge, sales and business development and industry experience such as

· Multi-government agency focus and experience

· Has experience in state, city and county projects

Your role and responsibilities

Software Developer, IBM Corporation, San Francisco, CA (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted):

  • Support in building and maintaining the core transfer components with a focus on security and performance.
  • Manage complex technical assignments, using system programming languages.
  • Work with different operating systems and their network stacks, as well as with security and cryptography libraries.
  • Assess and optimize the performance of the system. Stay up to date with the state of the art with respect to security and cryptography.
  • Assess and address any potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Guide and advise on the architecture and implementation necessary to adopt any relevant new technologies.
  • Work with both internal engineers and external customers to assist with the resolution of issues.
  • Handle queries related to the security capabilities in the Aspera suite of products.
  • Utilize: System debugging tools, Network programming, tcpdump, Secure C programming, Packet Capture and Analysis, Key Exchange and Management, Cryptography primitives and modules.

Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Software Developer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing System debugging tools, Network programming, tcpdump, Secure C programming, Packet Capture and Analysis, Key Exchange and Management, Cryptography primitives and modules. V190. $206315 to $235000 per year. Full time.
