Key Responsibilities:

• Managing business P&L: Revenue to Operating income
• Partner the general manager in achieving business outcomes (Order, revenue and operating income) including driving initiatives around the same, providing decision support analysis
• Drive working capital outcomes: Monitoring/driving collections, inventory reduction and billing actions
• Will be part of driving strategy, pricing and other business decisions
• Responsible for weekly forecasting, month end book closing, variance reporting, price/margin analysis, Fixed cost analysis, budgeting exercise and support ad hoc/operational requirements to support business from a finance perspective
• Would be part of and drive reviews, discussions with key leaders/stakeholders

Must have:

• 5-7 years-experience (whatever suits for us to hire at Senior finance analyst level)
• Experience of working in Commercial / business / Operational finance (experience in Financial Planning and Analysis added advantage)
• Finance/Accounting professional degree (CPA/ commerce graduate/equivalent)
• Experience in working with multi-national organizations (international, matrixed organizations)
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and with tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic with hands on approach
• Working on SAP/ERP systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MUST HAVE

• CCNA/CCNP Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (at least one) certification is must.
• GICSP/CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional or similar security certification preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
• Knowledge in performing Cyber Security Vulnerability, Risk assessment.
• Vulnerability scanning and assessments using Open source and commercial tools (Nessus, NMAP)
• Experience with virtualization preferably VM Ware
• Experience Network Security – Firewall, ACL, IDS, IPS, SIEM
• Specific experience in Cisco Routers, Switches, or Firewalls
• Microsoft – Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Terminal Server
• Experience with anti-virus systems, backup & restore solutions system management
• Linux/Windows Security Basics
• Experience in Process Control system design/implementation knowledge with good understating of Industrial standards (ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001& NIST)
