Embedded Software Engineering Manager - Building Management Solutions

You will report directly to the SBC Engineering Manager and will work out of our Givisiez, CH location on an on-site work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical direction and leadership to the engineering function for SBC solutions
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects for these solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements • Manage and optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines for these solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on these solutions

The Project Engineer will perform a variety of engineering duties covering different engineering disciplines.

Availability to travel internationally for short term assignments.

Key skills and qualifications

Master's degree in engineering (Automation, Energy, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical are preferred).

Knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine and electric motor and good knowledge of axial and centrifugal compressor, pumps and generators will be a plus.

Basic knowledge of instrumentation for Oil and Gas industry.

Fluency in local language and English.

· Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
