Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in talent/leadership development, HR consulting, or HR Generalist roles.
- 2 years of experience in scalable program design, management, and delivery, and change management.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience managing Recruiting or HR programs in relation to market compliance requirements, hiring goals, or local obligations.
- Experience identifying opportunities or managing potential or existing external partner agencies.
- Experience analyzing information, drawing conclusions, generating alternatives and solutions, and evaluating outcomes.
- Experience managing budgets, assessing return on investment from programmatic spend, and making improvements to programs.
- Understanding of people/talent offering philosophies to carry out programs and projects across business areas, and current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Understanding of market and stakeholder needs, conducting analysis, and making recommendations.
