Roles and Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end supply chain or manufacturing projects, with the ability to identify & implement best practices along with delivering on time and within budget.

• Monitor and improve productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, and cost-conscious manner while meeting quality standards.

• Drive LEAN manufacturing implementation and sustain/improve efforts.

• Work with other managers throughout manufacturing to generate continuous improvement ideas and spearhead the implementation of those ideas that lead to bottom line results.

• Track and report metrics in their functional area to include labor hour consumption, work order completion, inventory accuracy, throughput, and capacity. Establish team goals that meet or exceed established quality standards.

• Area training ownership. Develop and create training plans to maximize workforce capability and compliance.

• Collaborate with other PTLs to ensure alignment of functional area across manufacturing.

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a structured VCP strategy aligned with PCS business goals.

• Own the VCP funnel and reporting cadence, ensuring visibility and accountability across all segments.

• Lead governance and stage gate reviews for VCP projects, ensuring financial rigor and execution discipline.

PCS-Specific Strategic Execution

• Implement a hybrid cost-out operating model that centralizes scalable capabilities (e.g., teardown labs, should-cost modeling, supplier analytics) while decentralizing clinical, regulatory, and execution decisions to subsegments.

• Drive material design productivity (MDV) and purchase price variance (PPV) initiatives across the funnel, ensuring alignment with PCS’s 2025 VCP targets.

Project Execution & Management

• Coordinate horizontal supplier consolidation and BOM sign-offs for NPI initiatives.

• Ensure integration of post-market feedback and risk management into VCP planning.

• Track funnel maturity stages and apply risk-adjusted savings models in alignment with finance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and NPI leaders to align on project priorities and resource allocation.

• Facilitate collaboration across subsegments to scale successful practices and uplift underdeveloped areas.

Capability Ownership

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and lead physical inventories Special projects to improve processes, maintain inventory, and identify trends Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries to include remediating actions as needed Ensure the team documents, labels and update system for every item received Manage Order Fulfillment - to include confirming order details, pulling items, checking condition, safely packaging, schedule appropriate shipping option and stage for pick upSupervise preparation of items for shipment by packing, crating, and staging them to be loaded onto trucks or other transportation vehiclesCollaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products Be the GEHC Liaison for Fedex, Pilot/Maersk and other shipping companies – to include researching and reporting lost and damaged shipments Manage the K&N staff to achieve Check In and OTD (On Time Delivery) KPI’s Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Builds understanding of Customer’s existing clinical environment, needs, and goals for MIM Implementation

• Lead minor workflow adjustments and configurations, coordinate more complex workflow modifications through the appropriate channels to optimize system performance.

What You’ll Need:

• A background as nuclear medicine technologist or in a support capacity for nuclear medicine procedures preferred

• Must have strong interpersonal communications skills, project organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, as well as the aptitude to develop a clinical and technical knowledge base.

• 3-5 years of clinical or medical experience is preferred

• At least a four-year bachelors’ degree program from an accredited university, preferably in a technical field or relevant experience is preferred

• Bachelor's degree
