Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Being the focal point for complex service escalations. Driving solutions by interfacing between local field service and product engineering teams.
  • Leading first-in-country installations of new products, options and upgrades.
  • Providing the voice of service to product engineers. Capturing serviceability and quality feedback from the field to drive continual product improvement and service productivity. Assisting with service readiness for New Product Introductions.
  • Once fully expert, providing product service training to local and regional Field Engineers.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant Engineering Degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience of hands-on technical service in the modalities of X-Ray and/or Surgery
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Technical leadership role. For example, Team Leader or advanced Technical Support in a relevant Medical Imaging company.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills: able to use Service Documentation and system schematics along with system logs to suggest efficient diagnostic actions to isolate root causes of faults in complex interconnected systems.
  • Functional Japanese and English language skills. Key to success will be the ability both to effectively integrate with the local Service team, speaking Japanese, and actively participate with your manager and international teams in English. Perfect English and Japanese are not required, however you must have the confidence to engage in either language and the commitment to improve towards Business/Technical Fluency in both.

➡MS & Dcar +Anes (システム連携、麻酔記録など)を含めた周術期、循環器ソリューションのトータルマネジメント案をセールスへ根付かせる(他社との差別化、Workflow ・Dataflowの見える化)

➡製品フィードバック:より良い製品開発につなげるために、顧客の声・フィードバックをSegment チームに提供

➡品質・EHS等を含む社内で必須のトレーニングを受講し、知識を常にアップデートし続けると共にIntegrityをもって業務に臨む

Qualifications/Requirements :

● 3 年以上の製品使用経験あるいは同等の知見があり、対象製品を操作できる、また説明するための能力と専門性があること

● 臨床的知識や 顧客のニーズ・使用用途を知っていること あるいは、PCS 製品の基礎知識を持っていること

● 高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること

● 高いコミュニケーション能力があり、顧客との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること

● 現在の経験や知識に加えて、GE ヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること

● 周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること

  • Demo tours all over the region to capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs while maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships.

  • Estimating date of Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly report

  • Develop, coach and train distributors to ensure they are effective in sales in their assigned product portfolio and geographical coverage.
  • Plan and execute Tradeshow/Workshops/ClinicalTalks/show sites/Customer visits.
  • Lead product demonstrations and customer trainings with surgical equipment in the Operating room

  • At least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 5 years commercialapplications/modalityexperience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System
  • Demonstrated current x-ray imaging proficiencies preferably on surgical mobile C-arms
  • Proven capability to interact with distributors and/or channel partner
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPAA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.

Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process Experience of Ultrasound industry is of great advantage. Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages Willingness and ability to travel within the specified geographic region Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English

Job Description

RA project leader is responsible for all RA tasks of own modality without detailed supervision by the direct manager. As a project leader, lead RA members to submit in time as necessary providing guidance from an experienced professional standpoint. Report to direct manager or to core-team co-workers about submission projects status when it’s requested. This role involves working closely with healthcare regulatory bodies and industry association and requires an in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides regulatory input for product development to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for target markets.
  • Develops regulatory strategies to help guide regulatory submission pathways, taking into consideration regulatory, product claims and country regulatory dependencies to ensure optimized sequencing for submissions.
  • Works with a cross functional team to prepare and submit regulatory submissions to regulatory authorities for the purpose of obtaining authorization for market launch.
  • Assesses changes in existing products to and determines the need for new /revise licenses or registrations.
  • Develops plan for timely submission of renewal registrations for applicable countries per business plan, to ensure continued product supply in those countries.
  • Reviews and approves advertising and promotion material to ensure consistency with approved claims and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributes to writing and editing technical documents.
  • Assesses adverse events through approved license dossier to support Safety Management Team.
  • Understands and applies regulatory requirements and their impacts for submissions. (Monitor new/revised requirements and investigate the impact to Japan registration. Triage entry and to be Subject Matter Expert as required.
  • Researches, analyzes, integrates and organizes background information from diverse sources for regulatory submissions (Access to multiple sources to get necessary information with clear objectives and strategies.)
  • Ensures compliance with pre- and post-market product approval requirements. (Lead communication with authorities as necessary and take appropriate action without detailed supervision of direct manager.)
  • Supports regulatory inspections as required. (Support direct manager to have internal and external audit.)
  • Performs a broad variety of tasks in support of product and process design as assigned by the departmental manager.

Experience Requirements:

  • A min. of 5 years experiences to handle product registration project as an independent Regulatory Affairs professional.
  • QA/Safety Management experience is also preferred.
  • Advanced level Japanese language skill to understand regulatory documents and to generate high quality submission package.
  • Business level English (writing, reading, speaking) is required.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with regulators, colleagues and business partners.
  • Professional judgment and ability to operate with some autonomy, seeking senior guidance when necessary.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different & unique process and cultures in new working environment. Especially, sharing mind, coaching skills and motivation to contribute for team, are preferred.

  • Being the focal point for complex service escalations. Driving solutions by interfacing between local field service and product engineering teams.
  • Leading first-in-country installations of new products, options and upgrades.
  • Providing the voice of service to product engineers. Capturing serviceability and quality feedback from the field to drive continual product improvement and service productivity. Assisting with service readiness for New Product Introductions.
  • Once fully expert, providing product service training to local and regional Field Engineers.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant Engineering Degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience of hands-on technical service in the modalities of X-Ray and/or Surgery
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Technical leadership role. For example, Team Leader or advanced Technical Support in a relevant Medical Imaging company.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills: able to use Service Documentation and system schematics along with system logs to suggest efficient diagnostic actions to isolate root causes of faults in complex interconnected systems.
  • Functional Japanese and English language skills. Key to success will be the ability both to effectively integrate with the local Service team, speaking Japanese, and actively participate with your manager and international teams in English. Perfect English and Japanese are not required, however you must have the confidence to engage in either language and the commitment to improve towards Business/Technical Fluency in both.
