Responsibilities:

• Sending official letters about technical incidents to customers via email
• Searching for and obtaining official customer/client contact details from websites / sending official messages (according to legal team instructions)
• Tracking and updating delivery status trackers for incident letters (adding contact details and uploading data to the shared mailbox)
• Service Cloud administrator support: updating contact information, updating the status of installed products (e.g., if the site is no longer active / IP is no longer used, updating SW version, etc.)
• Supporting the IT incident management team’s activities: contacting and coordinating with clients to implement the incident management system; clients who do not wish to receive incidents may prepare and send letters of refusal/deferral; updating incident handling records; reporting on implementation status

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's\master's degree program.
• Ability to work 25 - 40 hours per week.
• Intermediate English and Fluent Russian.
• Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Excel, ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Good organization and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels with cross functional teams based in Russia and Europe.
• Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated and result oriented team player.
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include

• Acting as a partner by applying combined legal and compliance judgment to proposed transactions, relationships and other issues requiring review and attention.
• Highlighting and resolving improper payments concerns, segregation of duties questions, conflicts of interest, Anti-Kickback concerns, high risk payments, and Healthcare Professional transparency requirements.
• Flagging & escalating any red flags/violations with applicable policies, guidelines & procedures to Legal & Compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program that will lead to a bachelor’s in finance/legal or similar.
• Readiness to work at least 25 hours per week (hybrid type of work, 1-2 office days, the rest can be remote)
• Upper-intermediate English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Quoting the product features and price according with key clients’ requests and technical requirements

• Driving render/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales, and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction

• Maintaining up to date detailed knowledge of their product/solution/services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.
• Providing market analysis (of the assigned region) for marketing strategy and ensure implementation of the marketing strategy in LCT
• Conducting market, competitor, and win/loss analysis; providing feedback from the field for the purpose of product gaps analysis; participating in price execution process
• Organizing and managing Round Table, Electronic Theater, and Works Show · Providing support in reference sites management; managing customer calls/meetings
• Providing promotion support of the product within the assigned territory including, but not limited to coordinated marketing strategy, participation and organization of national/local conferences and master-classes ·
• Maintaining and developing a network of Local KOL; assisting MSM in managing National KOL
• Participating in creation and realization of strategic projects and multi-modality solutions ·
• Assisting MSM in product trainings for partners, MSS, and other newcomers (Adv. App, MTS); providing cross-region back-up for MSS/MSM · Communicating (if necessary) with Federal Antitrust Commission as a product specialist of GE Healthcare ·
• Participating in LCT & modality operational mechanisms including, but not limited to deals analysis & review, BAR, and QMI · Collecting and sharing data using various systems (SFDC, Server, Colab, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Medical Degree or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a technical field;
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and other data-based programs);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Ability to deliver results in a tight schedulewith minimum supervision
