• Responsible for organizing and setting up the logistics processes as optimally as possible taking into consideration safety, quality, delivery reliability and cost efficiency.

• Support operational team with process expertise (SAP key user))

• Creating and updating work instructions, procedures that meet GDP standards.

• Creating quality reports (QMR, Carrier reviews)

• Investigating and following up on complaints and transportation incidents according to quality requirements and transport’s regulations (TW Deviations, Investigations and CAPA)

• Support financial audits (POD report)

• Perform data-analysis (volume, quality, cost, etc.)

• Creating and updating financial reports, forecasts and KPIs. Investigating and explaining differences in the costs compared to the forecasts.

• Create, monitor KPIs, overviews

• SAP key-user

• Representing department on business meetings with partners

• Initiating and executing improvement or implementation projects aimed at the internal and external logistics processes, independently or through an active contribution to a project group.

• Plan and coordinate transport to hospitals worldwide.

• Liaise with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Shipping and Production departments.

• Fulfill a monitoring role when it comes to daily operations.

• Put mechanisms in place necessary to monitor operations

• Run and discuss the status of these monitoring KPI’s during the departmental Daily Management.

• Monitor and drive compliancy of the department (Deviations, complaints, complex orders RU)

• Understand the sensitivity and importance and being able to execute a Route Risk Assessment while taking into consideration all the aspects.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent

• Several years of experience in a complex logistics/ project management

• Experience with air freight and with ADR/IATA/GDP is an advantage.

• Experience with an ERP package (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

• Fluent in English (Dutch not mandatory but preferred)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in a hospital or from medical engineering industries. If you are a radiographer, physicist or engineer you will have an interesting background for us.
• Proven clinical experience in MI environment as well as MI hands-on experience
• You can associate relationships with people at various levels of administration, medical staff and management
• Able to travel with occasional overnight stays in mainly Netherlands and occasionally the Nordics.
• Fluent oral and written Dutch and English language skills

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on the software, application or equipment use (this could involve helping customers to receive the continuing education credits they need for certification and licensure, or to meet regulatory requirements);
• Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features, including different potential uses, product capabilities and benefits;
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and relationships by monitoring their equipment installations and by providing continuing education on how to optimize that equipment;
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and supporting promotions as well as providing customer training;
• Advise and share knowledge with the sales teams to help them develop their sales, marketing, and customer service strategies;
• Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

• Educated and accredited Sonographer CVUS (SBHFL);
• Experience working as Cardiovascular Sonographer;
• Fluent Dutch and English;
• Strong clinical & application skills;
• Thorough understanding of the customer dynamics;
• Clinical and product know how;
• Ability to influence and coach;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment inside and outside GE HealthCare;
• Strong results-orientation, commercial acumen and customer centric mindset;
• Excellent planning and communication skills on different organizational levels.
