Providing clinical and technical presales and post-sales support MR lifecycle products – including options, upgrades and retrofit for existing GE MR install base.
Driving GTM execution of MR lifecycle products in partnership with Service Account Managers and portfolio segment leader – assessing install base, identifying targeted sites, building configurations, and engaging customers to position the solution.
Engaging with customer stakeholders to develop key opinion leaders and to drive upsell and cross sell opportunities from existing install base.
Collaborating with customers on making publications with clinical applications and digital solutions, driving adoption and a growing community of users.
Supporting the portfolio segment leader in delivering employee training for new lifecycle products and applications packages to drive incremental growth.
Supporting marketing events, developing voice of customer related to lifecycle portfolio.
Min 5 years of relevant experience, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, and/or certification in related technical/clinical field in either Medical Imaging / Radiology, Engineering / Biomedical Engineering, Radiation Safety, Medical Physics
Demonstrated current basic understanding of MR radiology techniques and protocols.
Have previously been in quota carrying-role or position.
At least oneof the following core experiences:
Strong clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas, experience working in a hospital radiology department.
Significant commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios.
Strong leadership skills (respected by peers and leadership for contributions to the business)
Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms.
Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)
Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
Team oriented, collaborative and flexible with the customer satisfaction mindset.
Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.
Strong demonstrated clinical scanning skills in specific.
Application skills within radiology / imaging department

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintains all models specific to a modality in the assigned area
Electronic/Mechanical/Electrical/IT : Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
Customer satisfaction: Daily interface with doctors, radiographers & biomedical engineers on equipment status issues.
Acts to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.
Assists in Account Sales visits; helps train others where necessary; identify Sales opportunities and communicate to account team.
Business growth: Assists in the growth and direction of business in his/her assigned area.
Productivity: Responsible for Warranty, Installation and PMS (Planned Maintenance) contract cost control.
Administration: Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of FMIs (Field Modifications) and PMS (Planned Maintenance) inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
Installation: Plays a leading role in complex and multi-functional rooms. Shares best practices. Maintain effective quality systems and programs standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.
Required Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 2-5 years field service experience in healthcare industry or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box
Strong sense of accountability and ownership over customer issues and other responsibilities
Strong potential and willingness to learn new techniques
Excellent customer service skills; able to deal tactfully and effectively with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A good team player and can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
Willing to be located across Indonesia

Entire pre & post sales activity including (not limited to) customer presentations, clinical images review, Surgical C-Arm products demonstration, Pre & Post-sales application support.
Maximize Sales, Orders, Margin, Market share, Customer satisfaction for the Surgery modality and business solutions for the assigned region
Implement solid go to market strategies and clinical differentiation to secure market share and profitable business growth in association with the Product Marketing Leader
Develop long-term customer relationships, KOL/Advocates, Show site management and customer satisfaction and drive growth in association with the Product Marketing Leader and clinical application specialists
Create business plan for assigned accounts including opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets.
Organize product demonstrations, site visits and follow up.
Provide support to account sales team on strategy and product offerings
Lead and prepare the quote tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with territory sales manager.
Track market and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.
Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
Communicate effectively with members ofsales/marketing/service
Work with Sales, Channel Partners and AKA Product Marketer to formulate marketing strategy drive market share and meet business targets.
Ability to communicate merits of product capabilities effectively
Generates, records, and maintains customer profiles, including key decision makers.
Desired Characteristics
Minimum 8 years experience with a Master’s / Bachelor degree or higher with solid on Surgical C-Arms / OR Equipment / product sales/ Clinical / management or product marketing or related experience in Surgery.
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
