You would act as the key Account Manager focused primarily on the
As a Named Account Manager, you will:
• Drive new business pitches, onboard new clients effectively, and grow existing customer relationships
• Build and execute strategic account and business plans for current clients and new business opportunities
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal divisions across Fortinet
• Develop strong relationships with customer contacts up to Executive C-level to understand business imperatives and IT drivers
• Articulate Fortinet’s value proposition through a consultative selling approach
• Strategically orchestrate internal resources to maximize sales volume
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure ROI from Fortinet solutions
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise selling
• Experience managing full sales cycles including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
• Background in cybersecurity or a closely related technology space (Network, Cloud, SaaS)
• Demonstrated industry knowledge or a point of view on cybersecurity
• A “hunter” sales mindset: proactive, goal-driven, confident, resilient, independent
• Skilled in strategic thinking, cross-selling, upselling, and maintaining long-term client relationships

As Technical Account Manager you will develop a deep understanding about the customerneeds and challenges.
• Develop a deep understanding about the customer business/technical needs to provide
technical information, guidance and support
• Become a trusted advisor by proactively guide your customers with technical
recommendations and best practices
• Run advanced troubleshooting on the full range of Fortinet products, reproduce customer
environments on lab equipment, recommend potential new solutions
• Take initiatives and ownership of customer incidents to drive for timely resolutions
• Manage customer communications and expectations until the closure of each case
• Participate in customer conference calls or face to face customer meetings
• Produce service reports to summarize service activity and performance for key
stakeholders
• Report Software/Hardware related issues to R&D department and assure follow-up
Skills and Attributes Requirements:
• Good understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and
switching
• Hands-on experience on security products and technologies (e.g. Firewalls, IDS/IPS,
DDos, VPN, Web application Firewall)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Face to face and remote customer management experience
• Previous experience in a technical support position with telco or large enterprise space.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience on Fortinet products is an advantage
Educational and Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support/post-sales role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or an
equivalent experience.
•Fortinet certification FCP, FCSS, FCX is a distinct advantage (OR A VALID NSE4/7/7)

Major Account Manager - Public Sector
In this key role, you will manage and drive direct sales engagements into a set of Named Accounts within strategic Partners. Your focus will be to create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

Based out of London or Reading
Role Overview:
In this role you will drive direct sales into a territory of commercial accounts. Working alongside a Regional Account Manager you will be directly responsible for driving existing and incremental revenues within a defined revenue threshold.
