Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

· Drive Flawless Launches at assigned supplier sites, collaborating with Launch STA team (Ex: Schedule A, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Supplier Quality Issues resolution). Escalate significant issues promptly and ‘date to green’ plan to appropriate management

· Conduct onsite evaluation visits for Priority commodities as per GPDS supplier engagement process for new programs.

· Review supplier incremental tooling work plans compliance to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements

· Drive capacity/uplift actions implementation with suppliers in line with the GCP study requirements

· Drive Supplier Process capacity issues resolution as needed – Production constraint risk mitigation working with Ford and Supplier teams and manage “date to green” plan

· Monitor supply status of 24/7 roster suppliers and Blue bar status of PPAPs beyond implementation timing

· Review supplier Capacity Analysis Reports (CAR) for compliance to uplift capacity requirements.

· Drive robust Supplier Failure Mode Avoidance through PFMEA, SCCAF, CP reviews, Manufacturing feasibility reviews and Health chart deployment as applicable.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to parts wholesale sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Identify variances, anomalies, and opportunities within sales data, translating complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for the Parts Wholesale Manager and regional teams.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to forecast sales trends, model potential business scenarios, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and incentives.

Aftermarket Business & Commodity Product Expertise:

  • Specialize in understanding the dynamics of commodity aftermarket products (e.g., batteries, brakes, filters, engine oils), including pricing strategies, competitive landscape, supply chain considerations, and customer demand drivers.
  • Provide expert insights into market sizing, segmentation, and growth potential for various parts categories within the IMG region.

Multi-Make Product Strategy Support:

  • Actively support the Parts Wholesale Manager in the conceptualization, development, and execution of multi-make product strategies, from initial market assessment to launch and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Analyze potential multi-make product opportunities, evaluating market demand, competitive positioning, and financial viability.
  • Collaborate with product development, supply chain, and market teams to ensure seamless integration and successful rollout of multi-make parts programs.
  • Track the performance of multi-make parts sales, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.

Strategic Insights & Recommendations:

  • Proactively identify emerging market opportunities and potential challenges, providing strategic recommendations to optimize parts sales and market penetration.
  • Support the development of regional sales targets and strategic plans by providing data-backed insights and analytical support
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of various route-to-market strategies and proposing enhancements based on data analysis.

Program & Incentive Evaluation:

Define the Ford Pro Communication Strategy for IMG

  • Lead Ford Pro Brand Communications Strategy to launch and sustain the Ford Pro in IMG successfully. Enable and support IMG Markets with integrated customer communications strategic capability and development
  • Responsible for creating Ford Pro IMG brand and integrated customer communications strategy playbook. Develop brand communication architecture and strategies; Lead rollout of Ford Pro brand strategy and guidelines across IMG
  • Determine what Ford Pro means in IMG from a marketing perspective by defining central brand vision of holistic value (product, services, experiences, etc) that Ford Pro provides to different types of IMG commercial customers (large fleets, small business owners, etc.). Develop the communication strategy and playbook for how Ford Pro communicates this integrated value proposition in IMG
  • Adapt Ford Pro global proposition to IMG, keeping consistency with global brand vision, brand strategy & messaging while customizing to ensure local relevance in IMG. Collaborate with global team to ensure brand strategic alignment
  • Partner closely and support the Ford Pro IMG central team and markets to decide when to launch and communicate the Ford Pro brand relative to the readiness level of local commercial vehicle capabilities and ecosystem (product lineup, sales, modification, servicing, software/connectivity, financing, etc).
  • Serve as regional SPOC for regional scalable creative asset development programs

Develop the Marketing GTM plan

  • Deliver launch effectiveness and efficiency through an optimized Marketing GTM plan
  • Lead development of regional Marketing GTM launch plans and support local execution. Team up with markets to define the Ford Pro GTM marketing approach and plan in each IMG market. Provide marketing leadership, value-added guidance and co-planning to maximize marketing launch impact in the local ecosystem
  • Adapt and scale Marketing GTM launch success, lessons, and strategies from the lead market to other markets
  • Steer regional Marketing Communication Governance through launch preparation milestones and GTM forums. Co-lead the integrated Marketing GTM Process of new
  • Ford Pro products, services, and experiences in close collaboration with global, regional, and local marketing leads

Support Markets’ Commercial Initiatives

  • Provide strong marketing support to markets on B2B enablers, initiatives, and program expansions when required. Give marketing inputs to help expand Ford Pro commercial offerings and services such as Ford Pro Converter, telematics, website development, etc.
