What a typical day looks like:
Partner with the General Manager and Business Excellence Manager to develop and implement site strategy, governance, and execution plans.
Collaborate with the Business Excellence Manager to define, implement and govern site KPIs, and produce status reports, including project financials.
Establish and maintain project governance structures, including steering committees, decision-making protocols, and escalation paths.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and performance.
Coordinate with administrative teams to plan and execute site events, including customer visits and senior leadership engagements.

Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates for leadership reviews.

Conduct meetings involving environmental safety, training and awareness programs.
Oversee proper maintenance of buildings, furniture and fixtures in accordance to federal, state and local regulations.
Provide direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance and act as advisor to unit, or sub-units and get involved as required to meet schedules or resolve problems.
Establish and recommend changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s).
