Responsibilities will include overseeing surveying and SharePoint management, maintaining FAQs, and managing the 360C support email to ensure coordinated responses with relevant team members and functions.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Serve as the primary change management and stakeholder engagement point of contact for the 360C program, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Help define the vision and strategy for change, ensuring it is clear and compelling while collaborating with the 360C Leader and other stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Own and maintain the Change Management Plan for the 360C program, aligning strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the 360C Lead to support the identification and prioritization of early experience needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate change initiatives to all stakeholders, building support and buy-in while managing the communication timeline in partnership with communication representatives to ensure timely and effective messaging.
  • Identify and address potential resistance to change, providing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Oversee surveying processes, SharePoint management, and the maintenance of FAQs to support stakeholder inquiries and information dissemination.
  • Manage the 360C support email, coordinating responses with relevant team members and functions to ensure prompt and accurate communication.
  • Foster a positive and engaged participant experience during and after change initiatives by providing resources, training, and coaching to help employees adapt to changes.
  • Facilitate collaboration among enablement functions (e.g., Experience Management, Learning, Talent, and Recruiting), promoting a cohesive approach to stakeholder alignment and participant experience.
  • Continuously assess and improve change management processes to ensure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in people experiences.
  • Analyze feedback and data from surveys to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement in the change process and overall employee experience.

  • Analyze stakeholder engagement metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives by assessing employee feedback and survey results, using insights to inform future strategies and adjustments.
  • Review and interpret data from various sources, including surveys and performance metrics, to support informed decision-making regarding people experience enhancements and change processes.
  • Collaborate with 360C leadership to assess the impact of change initiatives on employee engagement and overall organizational performance, providing actionable insights to guide strategic planning and implementation.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, models, and best practices to effectively guide and support organizational change initiatives.

  • Engage in regular communication with the 360 Careers Lead through weekly check-ins to discuss progress on change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations.
  • Act independently in managing day-to-day responsibilities related to change management and stakeholder communication, while escalating significant issues or challenges to the 360 Careers Lead for guidance and resolution.
  • Consult with the 360 Careers Lead on strategic change initiatives and major project milestones, providing insights and recommendations to enhance stakeholder engagement and inform decision-making.
  • Seek feedback and provide regular updates to the 360 Careers Lead and its deputies regarding the effectiveness of communication strategies and stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (such as Change Management Certification, Prosci, or SHRM) is preferred but not required).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7/8 years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or organizational development within a medium-to-large environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing change initiatives, managing communication strategies, and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders is preferred.

Certification Requirements:

  • Relevant certifications in change management (such as Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional), human resources (such as SHRM-CP or PHR), or organizational development are preferred.
  • Additional certifications in project management (such as PMP or CAPM) or data analytics may be beneficial but are not required.
