Education &

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), ACCA (UK) or MBA with 18+ yearsof relevant experience
• Knowledge of Finance and Treasury specific domain and preferably alarge network in this field
• Experience in handling treasury operations and systemimplementations, and has worked in/with offshore environment, has buildniche teams/CoEs
• Experience on Treasury system implementation and treasuryoperations projects
• Knowledge of various data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BIKnowledge of SAP Treasury, treasury analytics, Cash flow forecasting
• Experience in designing the treasury transformation and operating
• model design, Cash and Liquidity process design, Treasury technology
• digital strategy
• Experience in implementation and streamlining of cash and liquidity
• management procedures
• Have experience in current state analysis (As is), future state
• analysis , gap assessment for treasury operations and processes
• , process optimization, data optimization, data analytics, data management
• Knowledge of latest technology landscape, trends and solutions

Knowledge and SkillsRequirements

• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management, leveraging theindividual’s expertise and experience, on utilizing new technologies,automation, and digitization to drive innovation and transform the financefunction.
• Identify key areas of improvement within the treasury function and leadinitiatives to streamline processes, optimize systems, and enhance overallperformance.
• Process optimization experience in process areas like Treasury Ops,Liquidity and cash positioning, treasury transaction structuring
• Evaluate and assess vendor solutions, conducting vendor evaluationsand recommending suitable options for treasury system implementation.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption andintegration of new processes, technologies, and ways of working
• Develop a robust performance metrics and key performance indicators(KPIs) to monitor and track the treasury function's progress andeffectiveness, using the individual’s expertise in performance management.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to finance team members,and assist them in understanding and engaging in the Treasury andcommodities journey.
• Lead project management activities, including project planning,resource allocation, and monitoring project progress.
• Maintain relationships with the client's management in order tomanage the expectations of service
• Account management, business development on select accounts
• Provide support in responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQs), preparingproposals, and participating in client discussions.

You will collaborate with clients across public and private sectors, with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem and key platforms like CrowdStrike, Saviynt, Qualys, and others.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern cybersecurity architectures, particularly using Microsoft and other security tools.
• Lead or support technical delivery in:
  1. Identity and Access Management (IAM) with Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt
  2. Threat Detection and Response across the entire Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender portfolio (Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, Cloud Apps, Office 365, etc.)
  3. Vulnerability Management and Exposure Reduction using Qualys, Nessus, and integrated processes.
  4. IoT/OT Security Architecture, including tools like D4IoT, segmentation strategy, and OT-focused VM.
• Contribute to Zero Trust design, detection engineering, and client maturity assessments.
• Collaborate with client teams on long-term security roadmaps and capability building.
• Participate in internal tooling, code-based innovation, or asset development (optional but encouraged).

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-8 years hands-on cybersecurity experience, preferably with a consulting and/or systems integration background.
• Strong working knowledge of:
  1. Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Entra ID
  2. IAM tools and strategy (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft)
  3. Vulnerability and risk platforms (Qualys, Nessus)
  4. IoT/OT architecture, segmentation, and network visibility solutions (D4IoT)
• Experience working across threat detection, IAM, and risk reduction projects.
• A consultative mindset with technical depth, and the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively.
• Bonus: scripting, automation, or detection-as-code experience (e.g., KQL, PowerShell, LogicApps, Go, Python, Terraform, Git).
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
