• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a large accounting firm or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and applicable regulations.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding our development teams and supporting the overall technology strategy, using your experience in cloud and web development, Kubernetes, cloud concepts, full-stack development, and DevOps best practices, to enhance our projects and ensure high-quality deliveries.
Your key responsibilities
• Provide leadership and guidance in Fullstack development for software projects.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Cloud Providers such as Azure, and potentially in on-premises environments using technologies like Kubernetes.

• Comfort using Microsoft Office Tools (with emphasis on excel and power point) to improve project efficiency in a autonomous way;

• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation;
