Job purpose

As a member of staff within the transfer pricing team, you'll thoroughly and accurately analyze information and apply economic/finance knowledge to client situations, assisting in the preparation of effective approaches to clients' economic circumstances and arriving at logical conclusions. You'll also assist in the delivery of transfer pricing and economic services through timely and responsive services/work products. In addition, you'll prepare documentation, participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs) and assist in defending transfer pricing in audits. You'll also help to develop practical planning solutions. You'll be expected to maintain a high quality of work and to contribute to the achievement of team goals.

Client responsibilities

  • Participate in transfer pricing engagements
  • Align tax planning objectives with business operations
  • Identify future paths to deal with potential transfer pricing controversy
  • Address the tax implications of supply chain restructuring
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
  • Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services

People responsibilities

  • Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining transfer pricing professionals
  • Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Technical skills requirements

  • Fresh Graduate (Bachelor or Master degree) with limited working experience majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business from a reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.20 out of 4.00
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Solid research and analytical skills
  • Work well in team environment and/or independently
  • Highly motivated and strong eagerness to learn

  • Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, and resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or other supply chain problems.
  • Review requisition orders for accuracy, proper terminology, and specifications.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records, including files, reports, and price lists.
  • Evaluate and compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to select the best supplier offers
  • Track and monitor the progress of requisitions, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Calculate order costs and ensure invoices are charged or forwarded to appropriate accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, or Management from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.20 (other related majors will be considered).
  • Freshgraduate or maximum of 3 years of experience in Procurement is preferred.
  • Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle escalations and challenging situations professionally.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Experience in travel coordination is a plus.

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting and Fiscal Administration from reputable universities, with minimum GPA 3.20 out of 4.00 or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Brevet certification will be a distinct advantage
  • Should be capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting established goals & objectives within the specific deadline, while maintaining high quality at all times.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all professional levels will also be highly valued.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory both verbal and written.
  • Should be proactive, highly motivated and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Experience in a similar role in another reputable accounting firm will be a distinct advantage.

  • Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting major with minimum GPA 3.20 out of 4.00 from reputable universties (local and overseas)
  • Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formula related to finance)
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
