• Have exposure to M&A
• Experience of creating pitchbooks, deal execution and closing end to end deals
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of finance concepts
• High team orientation
• Good communication both written and oral
• Analytical skills
• Should be well conversant with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Databases like Capital IQ, mergermarket
• Significant amount of initiative, self-driven
• Have basic knowledge of the rules and regulations that apply to M&A deals
