As our Facilitator, you will focus on the delivery of a program that equips Australian school-aged students with an understanding of living life with a disability and giving them a strong appreciation of social inclusion from an early age. The program is called Just Like You. We work in partnership with a children’s charity, whose funding and support means the program can be offered at no cost to students in years 1 to 7. This is a genuine educational initiative delivered by a team of people who really want to make a difference.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver world class disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students (Years 1-7) in Sydney and surrounding areas, in person and virtually.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with schools to ensure continued partnerships whilst collecting valuable teacher feedback.
  • Achieve KPIs (key performance indicators) related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback.
  • Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for our client.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Knowledge and understanding of living with a disability, including, if you feel comfortable doing so, sharing your lived experience and drawing on your personal stories to underpin the important message of social inclusion.
  • Previous experience in presenting, teaching, educating or performing; ideally to school age groups (although this isn’t essential).
  • Ability to engage, inspire and motivate school-aged audiences through face-to-face and digital mediums.
  • Will be able to learn and retain content for presentations.
  • As a Facilitator, you must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid and current Working with Children Check.
  • In-school facilitation will typically take place within a 60km radius of Sydney and therefore travel is a requirement of this position. Ideally, the successful candidate will hold a valid driver’s license and have access to their own car with compulsory third-party insurance. Alternative travel arrangements will be considered for any candidate who does not hold a valid driver’s license, and adjustments can be made for those who may require them to perform their role.

As our Community Impact Program Facilitator, you’ll be responsible for the face-to-face facilitation of program specific content to school-aged children using stagecraft and engaging pedagogical techniques to captivate and create social impact through positive behavioural change methodology, along with client, brand representation, reporting, general administration and school marketing duties as required.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver allocated face-to-face program workshop sessions independently according to supplied script in various schools across the Sydney area. This will be required to be in an engaging and informative manner, ensuring all required learning objectives and props are utilised, whilst maintaining positive client brand representation.
  • Gather teacher and student feedback to support and measure program effectiveness using tools available.
  • Stay in regular contact with the Bookings and Program Administration team over scheduling, attendance at booked sessions, customer service matters and general program administration.

What we look for

  • To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in presenting to primary or secondary school-aged children. Qualifications in children services, education, program facilitation, performing arts and/or related discipline is desirable.

As our Marketing Coordinator in the Community Impact team, you’ll join our marketing team to support the implementation and promotion of behaviour change education programs to primary and secondary schools across Australia. The role focuses on the execution of integrated marketing and pre-sales functions within our Community Impact team, delivering exceptional customer service and account management, whilst supporting lead conversion.

This role is based in Warrang – Sydney. This is a 6 month fixed term position. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the creation and production of digital marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support the execution of direct marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and engagement, nurturing leads through the marketing funnel to conversion.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction, delivering high-quality customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Conduct research to inform marketing strategies, including customer insights and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate segmentation and efficient lead management.
