What you will accomplish:

• Devote yourself to ensuring customer satisfaction

• Deal with customer complaints in a sensible manner by showing empathy and a pleasant attitude to show our commitment to excellent customer service and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Assist with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the appropriate contact and or department

• Provide timely, empathetic support to customers through our Zendesk software, handling incoming chats and emails with care and speaking with Caramel customers over the phone

• Build strong feedback loops between customers and internal teams to continually improve customer experiences

• Maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness and enhance our customer Knowledge Base/FAQ to proactively address common queries and reduce ticket volume

• Identify and promptly resolve customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to deliver exceptional service

What you will bring:

• 2+ years of technology customer support experience with exceptional customer service skills

• Technology or automotive industries experience

• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software and Microsoft office applications

• Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally, employing a consultative approach

• Ability to help non-technical customers solve technical issues, employing sophisticated problem-solving and analytical skills

• Automotive industries experience and basic knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus

• Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, available shifts 6am - 2pm PST, 8am - 4pm PST, 10am - 6pm PST

You will help expand and optimize a global backbone network applying knowledge of scripting, traffic engineering, Internet routing and peering.

What you will accomplish:

• Lead projects independently to upgrade, optimize and improve global backbone network

• Build scripting and templates to perform network functions like add/edit/delete of services, performing device maintenance, performing tech refresh, etc.

• Generate and load configuration to routers for new WAN, Transit and Peering connections following established organizational change procedures

• Identify potential POP locations and Internet Exchanges that will provide improved connectivity for customers based on traffic data.

• Participate in capacity planning on WAN, Internet and internal customer connections

• Collaborate with other senior-level engineers and management on ongoing network strategy and provide mentorship for junior engineers in the organization

What you will bring:

• Prefer at least 9+ years’ experience supporting backbone or large Enterprise network and a proven track record with Juniper hardware/software, MX platforms preferred (flexible), with demonstrated ability developing sophisticated scripting for complex network build and support functions.

• Strong understanding of the TCP/IP stack and understanding of Internet routing and peering relationships.

• Expertise with routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, ISIS.

• Experience and knowledge with traffic engineering protocols like MPLS, RSVP, SRLG.

• Knowledge of flow export (IPFIX in particular) is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills and ability to influence cross-group to get results.

What you will accomplish:

• Managing the lifecycle of the loan process across lenders and customers

• Generating & sending accurate eContracting documents to customers

• Managing collection of lender stipulations needed to submit and book eContracting

• Submitting eContracting packages to lenders and managing lender communication/request in order to ensure successful booking of loans

• Managing various vendors and internal activities throughout sales to lead customers through the Caramel checkout process

• Being the product/technical expert for customers. This can mean liaising with the engineering team to triage product issues customers may be facing, advising customers of workarounds, and ultimately translating technical solutions to customer-friendly language

• Managing customer financing, from working with lenders to enhance and adjust customer approvals to collaborating with customers and lenders to collect and submit critical documentation

• Preparing custom sale documentation, including state, federal and dealer forms

• Serving as an escalation point for customer service when more complex solutions are required for sales

• Maintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness

• 2-5+ years of auto financing, loan, fraud, financing or other related operations expertise within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment

• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software and Microsoft office applications

• Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally, employing a consultative approach

• Ability to help non-technical customers solve technical issues, employing sophisticated problem-solving and analytical skills

• Automotive industries experience and basic knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation preferred
