Essential Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business operations, planning, or GTM strategy within a consumer electronics, retail, or technology driven organization
• Proven track record of leading planning processes across global and matrixed organizations
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Deep understanding of retail and e-commerce dynamics, seasonal demand cycles, and regional market nuances
