They directly advise customers on everything from establishing senior relationships in the customer / partners, positioning the solution / product, TCO / PoC initiatives, proposal development (requirements, as-is/to-be, differentiators) through to pricing and negotiation.
•Manage relationships with senior level personnel and decision makers in both customers AND partners. Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
• Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
• Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities

What you’ll achieve
As a Briefing Consultant for the Executive Briefing Program, you will be at the epicenter of next-generation customer engagements alongside Dell Technologies’ most strategic customers and partners. You will be responsible for building a unique experience for every customer, which will involve building a bespoke agenda to meet our customer needs, working incredibly closely with the sales team to understand their accounts, the requirements, then finding and preparing the “right” subject matter expects to deliver an optimal experience to our customers and help them advance their digital transformation. As part of your role, you will work closely with the rest of the team, in particular the briefing coordinator also based in the Centre, to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience end to end. Your remit will primarily focus on France but also covering any customers coming to our Centre in Paris, as it will serve as our second Executive Briefing Centre in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
