

What you’ll achieve
As a Services Project/Program Management Analyst, you will assist in the management of service delivery and operational support for ARS (Asset Recovery Service) service.
You will:
Manage partners to deliver ARS service to customer within the required SLA which includes order dispatch, service schedule, reporting, payment, customer call back etc.
Ensure the delivery of the service meets contract specifications.
Support internal stakeholder for e-waste recycling programs, support large and complex project delivery and act as escalation point of delivery and operation issues.
Timely review and update operation process documentation
Timely review operation metrics (CE, cycle time, open call, pending payment) and improve the operational performance
Essential Requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task in a dynamic environment
Customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, English and Chinese
A dedication to teamwork and leadership
Experienced in vendor management and service operational support
Desirable Requirements
Working experiences with service delivery and operation

As a Services Project/Program Management Sr Advisor, you will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain customer fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring the project delivery is completed in the most efficient way.
You will:
Accountable for deployment, execution of service/project deliverables and the achievement of customer satisfaction.
Work cross-functionally within Dell organization (Sales, Services, Finance, Executive Management, Solutions Design Centre, Partner Management and Global Take Back peers) to support, promote, and maintain Dell's leadership position within the industry in Asset Recovery services.
Directs the efforts of Environmental Partner in the achievement of the strategic and operational effectiveness
Work cross-functionally within the Dell organization (global producer responsibility, government affairs, corporate communications, finance, sustainability, executive management, and Global TakeBack peers) to support, promote, and maintain Dell's legislative obligations.
Strategize and plan for legislation requirements within Dell's team (reporting, liaison on administration with government request)
Essential Requirements
8 to 12 years of professional experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, English and Chinese.
Demonstrable experience acting as Program Manager of this magnitude with measurable results for a multi-year period. Only those with this experience will be considered.
Diverse industry knowledge and exposure on E-waste legislation, experienced in vendor management and effective negotiator to drive highest levels of cost efficiency.
Support ARS operation tools and ARS (Asset recovery service) financial reporting.

What you’ll achieveConduct design for manufacturing ability reviews, analyzes, documents and validates mechanical components and assemblies. Conducts and participates in engineering design review to validate the robustness and proper performance of new products. Interfaces with suppliers, electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, engineering and other development groups to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
You will:
Leads efforts of internal and external mechanical design for manufacturing review with global manufacturing teams in all new product launch activities.

Decides which projects to work on; establishes leader buy-in as needed; leads project team to deliver results as committed; communicates updates and status to all associated partners

Thorough understanding of the mechanical development process and an expert in planning and executing associated development activities
Various engineering discipline and development / manufacturing process knowledge.
Advanced command skills to assist in the implementation and execution of programs and initiatives.
Provides leadership for ensuring that product designs and operational processes are optimized
Able to identify, prioritize and influence absolute requirements into product designs
Desirable Requirements
Typically requires 8+ years of mechanical design related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4+ years with a Master’s degree; or 1+ year with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
