You Will
Sell Dells products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer/partner segments in alignment with outside sales and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience.
Be responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers/partners.

May identify and qualify new channel partners, distributors, and retailers while demonstrating ability to train via enablement tools
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be an advantage
- 4+ years of relevant experience.

Ability to collaborate with Technologists, architect innovative features, develop Proof Of Concepts (POCs) and contribute significantly to Product Roadmap
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; and make significant contributions during technical brainstorming sessions
Experience working on or leading agile development teams (ideally leveraging Scrum or Kanban) A software development or DevOps automation background is a big plus & experience interacting with Product Owners, Product Marketing to help build the User Stories

Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Windows OS Internals, OS resource management, peripheral management are needed to be successful in this position
