  • Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all Security Services engagements in ANZ, acting as the primary escalation point for the regional team.
  • Provide expert-level CyberArk technical services to enterprise customers, continuously optimizing delivery methodologies and models.
  • Champion CyberArk’s Security Services value proposition, proactively identifying and supporting new service opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales to drive adoption through effective positioning, scoping, solutioning, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional delivery partners to strengthen relationships and uncover incremental business opportunities.
  • Manage team workload and ensure consistent service delivery coverage across the region.
  • Contribute to the strategic expansion of services within ANZ.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements across the global Security Services organization.
  • Actively participate in regional and global leadership initiatives and projects.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to internal and external customer inquiries.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing complex service delivery projects aligned with customer success outcomes.
  • Strong technical background with experience in:
    • Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication technologies, and Ticketing Systems.
    • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
    • Enterprise tools including Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Gainsight.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software solution selling, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Technology aptitude in understanding and translating how technology products and solutions solve business problems, in identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity domains

  • Prior experience managing a team of software sales or overlay sales specialists and lead them to consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quota

  • Demonstrated ability to foster strong cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of effectively partnering with GTM peers and product teams to drive alignment and results.

  • Strong understanding of APJ market dynamics and cultural nuances.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to travel across the region as needed.

Desired result is acquiring new annual recurring revenue at or above assigned bookings targets.

Responsibilities

  • You will establish and maintain customer relationships at the executive, business decision maker level including but not limited to CISO, CIO, and other executives responsible for digital transformation, cloud and application development.

  • You will develop & present compelling business cases to customers, maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefits, and risk.

  • You will partner closely with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcomes

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption and realization of the full value of Customer’s technology investment.

  • Work with Advisory Firms, Channel Partners, Resellers and Systems Integrators to penetrate new accounts and extend reach of CyberArk’s DevSecOps solutions in the assigned geography.

  • Be recognized internally as a subject-matter expert on DevOps and DevSecOps including how to best position against competitors in our market(s).

  • Supporting sales team to identify, scope, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales quota.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years sales or consultancy experience within the DevOps or DevSecOps or Cloud environment.

  • A demonstrated history of software sales consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quota.

  • A demonstrated history of successful collaboration as part of a sales/account team in a strategic selling capacity.

  • In-depth knowledge on DevOps, DevSecOps and Cloud best practices and associated terminology and technology employed by large enterprises.

  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps and Cloud vendors and products. Must be able to compare and differentiate with CyberArk solutions. An emphasis on DevSecOps vendors and technologies in use across large enterprises for both on-premises and cloud is preferred.

  • Interaction with Product Management to articulate custom requirements based upon customer needs.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and capable of presenting technical concepts and product solutions to audiences ranging from IT staff to business executives.

  • Aptitude to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business use cases, and successfully positioning for wins.

  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations when necessary.
