Play a pivotal role within our finance and sales functions, working closely with sales regional management to gain a deep understanding of the sales funnel, identify revenue opportunities, and drive strategic insights across various business finance initiatives. Leveraging your strong finance expertise, you will support financial projects, ensure data-driven decision-making, and foster a strong business finance partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support all regional financial projects, including budgeting, expense control, P&L analysis, forecasting, and monitoring.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales regional management, providing insights to help drive data-driven decisions across sales and finance functions.
  • Collaborate with managers across departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Operations, to support strategic planning and business plan development.
  • Work within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment and collaboration with various teams and within different finance functions.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Educational Background: BA in Economics or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance, preferably within a global organization.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical skills and expertise in Excel (Mandatory).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an independent, proactive work style.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and financial technology systems (Advantage).

  • Lead and develop a team of sales finance business partners, acting as a strategic counterpart to senior sales leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP and their leadership team, aligning financial strategy with business goals to drive sustainable growth.
  • Support the transition to a subscription-based offering, including designing new financial frameworks, redefining KPIs, and guiding sales and operations through the change.
  • Analyze the sales funnel and pipeline to extract actionable insights, highlight risks, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee core financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, planning, and quarter-end close with high accuracy and business relevance.
  • Own and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Provide financial leadership on complex deals, including pricing strategies, margin optimization, and deal structuring.
  • Drive ongoing business analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to maximize performance and efficiency.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • An economic degree or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
  • 10+ years of business partnership in a publicly traded company.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Finance Director.
  • Deep business and financial acumen, with the ability to model, analyze, and interpret financial data and reports.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and guide a team to achieve high standards.
  • Self-sufficiency and a proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-growing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex conflicts and facilitate resolutions.

  • Collaborating closely with other engineers in R&D or support, product owners and architects, R&D managers, to design optimal solutions to solve challenges
  • Mentoring other team members

Key skills and requirements:

  • BSc in software engineering or other related degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in web-based development of complex high-performance systems: Angular or React .
  • Strong proficiency with web development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • In-depth understanding of the entire software development process ( design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows )
  • Experience with SOAP & REST
