As a Cognyter you will:
- Lead and develop a team of sales finance business partners, acting as a strategic counterpart to senior sales leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP and their leadership team, aligning financial strategy with business goals to drive sustainable growth.
- Support the transition to a subscription-based offering, including designing new financial frameworks, redefining KPIs, and guiding sales and operations through the change.
- Analyze the sales funnel and pipeline to extract actionable insights, highlight risks, and support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee core financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, planning, and quarter-end close with high accuracy and business relevance.
- Own and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Provide financial leadership on complex deals, including pricing strategies, margin optimization, and deal structuring.
- Drive ongoing business analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to maximize performance and efficiency.
