As a Cognyter you will:

· Deploy our systems at customer sites, conduct end-user training, and perform the Acceptance Tests for our unique GSM, UMTS, and LTE solutions

· Oversee projects from initiation to completion of the Acceptance Tests

· Prepare and update of project documentation

· On-site and remote technical support (Tier 2) for our systems for both software and hardware

· Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met

· Ability to take project requirements and ensure that are met before the deployment phase

For that mission you’ll need:

• Basic understanding or strong interest in intelligence technologies and methodologies
• Familiarity or willingness to learn about Cell Site Simulators (CSS) and related communication systems
• Interest in working with government security organizations (police, defense, or intelligence services). Prior exposure is a plus, but not required
• Foundational knowledge or coursework in Telecommunications or Wireless Communications (GSM, UMTS, LTE)
• Basic understanding or hands-on practice with Electrical or RF Lab equipment through studies, labs, or personal projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Some experience or strong motivation to learn about technical deployments, customer support, and user training
• Good understanding of Windows OS and solid general IT skills

• Location: East Coast USA
• 3+ years of proven experience working as a Customer Success Manager
• Preference for EX law enforcement, similar industries, or B2G experience
• Demonstrated ability in leading onboarding and renewal processes for complex products and environments
• Technical background skills with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts

Sales Operations

• Manage North America vendor accounts
• Support sales growth and remove non-selling work from Sales team including but not limited to logistics of giveaways, tradeshows, demo equipment to customers and prospects etc.
• Assist with updating data in the CRM tool
• First point of contact for end customer routine calls – “sales desk management”
• Handle and resolve issues including but not limited to system and phone problems, product, process, logistics, and intercompany support (credit, marketing)
• Manages the introduction of customer service, training, and user support to ensure positive customer experience
• Collaborate with other internal functional areas to facilitate distributor, VAR and OEM customers
• Establish and implement proactive inside sales promotions and activities to increase regional sales quotas
• Work closely with sales, sales engineering, support, and other functions to support the sales team’s success
• Support other sales efforts as assigned

Site Administration

• Execute administrative tasks and providing polite and professional assistance via phone, email, or in person
• Establishes and promotes supportive team relations with Sales, Support, Product Management, Finance, HR, and Operations to support the implementation of strategic business goals and objectives

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven work experience in SLED and Federal Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
