What you’ll do:

Work as Product, Program Manager / Owner and Execution lead. Leading in planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a programme or portfolio of programmes within Fund Services.

ICM’s objective is to provide integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for wholesale credit
The Infrastructure Finance (IF) and Clean Energy Finance (CEF) Underwriter will cover large and complex relationships globally and will manage the underwriting process. The IF/CEF Underwriter will be responsible for all underwriting activities including credit memo production and transaction diligence. Developed

An Infrastructure Finance and Clean Energy Finance Vice President in ICM-UW will cover various infrastructure assets across the globe via debt and tax equity financing. This role reports directly to the Head of IF and CEF Underwriting.
Responsibilities:
Interface with and support bankers in underwriting requests for credit extensions for new and existing clients with ownership responsibilities for sound credit decisions and compliance with internal procedures/credit risk policy guidelines and standards
Adoption of leading practices in credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring, including the end-to-end underwriting process, from early origination discussions to development of credit approval memos, and senior approval forums
Prepare a detailed written credit analysis of transactions by analyzing the project company, performing detailed financial analysis, identifying the strengths and prevailing risk factors and rendering a final credit decision
Perform credit and financial statement analysis on borrowers, guarantors, and co-borrowers in order to assess debt repayment capacity based on cash flows
Perform industry and geographical research and other due diligence as needed.
Maintain compliance with bank credit policies/practices and regulatory policies to ensure business unit is in adherence to the above and receives satisfactory ratings from internal and external auditors.

Services Capital Allocation and Management, Lead Analyst, will play a critical role in Services’ capital and balance sheet strategy by supporting capital investment at the transaction and client level to align decision-making tools, such as the pro-forma pricing calculator and Citi-wide client returns analytics, with risk and capital related balance sheet platforms and actualized capital requirements and financials. The successful candidate will report to Head of Services BSCM and, over time, become a Capital & Balance Sheet SME, supporting various asset businesses with Services, including TTS Trade and Working Capital Solutions organization and Commercial Cards.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze client pricing and advise on modeling assumptions of transaction returns to support deal-level decision making with Trade & Working Capital Solutions Product and Sales managers
Partner with Client Analytics to drive enhancements to client level RWA, Capital, Tangible Common Equity (TCE) and Liquidity metric calculations in the deal level pricing RoRC Calculator and CIW platform
Ensure enhancements to the RoRC Calculator and Client Returns methodology are made in line with expectations before release, such as enhanced calculations, functionality and usability

Partner with RWA controllers to ensure validity of Top Side Adjustments (TSAs) and take action, where applicable, to reduce or systemically remediate excess capital (e.g. Corporate Guarantees and Collateral)
