Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationship and facility data in credit systems;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience

  • Preferably Credit risk and product knowledge

Project Management:

  • Develop program communication in the cluster
  • Provide project leadership to ensure successful delivery of projects through adherence to processes and tools, identification/management of risks and issues, facilitation of/participation in key meetings, engagement of stakeholders, and on-time completion of milestones and deliverables to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Drive process efficiency projects that drive digitalization and automation, where applicable
  • Ongoing review and development of current processes to increase efficiency
  • Support and lead any divestiture actions plans for corporate card in the region

Program Standard Compliance:

  • Drive adherence to processes and tools across project team including performing Quality Assurance reviews to monitor compliance to standards where applicable
  • Maintain policy compliance by interfacing with internal global and regional senior stakeholders, business heads, legal and compliance to retain and enhance support of the programs
  • Identify any risks in the process; perform end to end process reviews

Stakeholder Management:

  • Interact directly and develop strong relationships with nominated cluster business representatives and cardholders to drive compliance and as an escalation point for issue resolution
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to review program status and resolve issues in order to meet target deadlines
  • Participate in meetings with regional Client Account Service (CAS) managers to review and optimize program administration and track all Citi Commercial Cards action items through to completion
  • Partnering with Global Corporate Card Manager in UK, Europe, MEA implementations as main contact for Supply Chain Operations (RMO) and Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS), supporting and establishing training programs, and business list of approvers

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Define and monitor key performance metrics in the cluster and respond quickly to any changes or deviations
  • Prepare detailed status reports for the Cluster
  • Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly program level reporting processes and reviews, including analysis and preparation of project dashboards, metrics, and materials
  • Maintain customer excellence in the region
Ideal Background:
  • 6+ years of professional experience, 2+ years in similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills In English are critical for this position
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree
  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritize workload in a multicultural environment

  • Partner with peers within other service delivery centers and across Global Identity and Access Management to maximize operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Provide project or program updates to IAM Ops leadership and our business partners through multiple channels including verbal and written media
  • Proactively review IAM Ops processes to address business impacts based on metrics review, business and IAM Ops partner feedback or other sources to identify root causes and possible process improvements.
  • Proactively engage in any new system development or major enhancements that affect IAM Ops services so IAM Ops can provide the appropriate support and advisory.
  • Provide Information Security consulting services including interpretation and clarification of policies, procedures, standards and or concepts.
  • Ensure strong program and project level governance, including monitoring and control efforts for the supported projects, in compliance with Project Management Policy and Procedures.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of applications and systems with specific focus on IS implications, and in the planning and implementation of IS administration for IT and business driven projects.
  • Support the IAM organization in meeting any ad hoc requirements from IAM Ops and IS related programs.

Your profile:

  • 5-7 year’s work experience in Project Management, Information Security, or Cyber Security.
  • Must be committed to the delivery of quality customer service.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge IAM Ops and/or IAM Ops supported systems or applications
  • General knowledge of Identity& Access Management practices on various platforms, applications, and systems across Citi.
  • Experience with problem and incident management processes for security and identity and access management incidents.
  • Extensive knowledge of global regulatory guidelines, industry standard security practices, Citi's corporate information security policies and compliance controls
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
