

Institutional Credit Management (ICM) was established within Citigroup with the objective to provide integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.
The Senior Vice President, Governance & Change Management Partner will lead the design, management, and execution of the change management strategy across a portfolio of key frameworks across. This role will ensure changes are successfully delivered, adopted, and sustained byteams. Partnering closely with product, communications, and business leaders, the roleholder will drive end-to-end change activities whilerobust governance& discipline. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve frameworks for the execution of change management across the ICM function and beyond.
Lead change management planning and execution for initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.
Partner with product management teams to translate business and operational changes into detailed requirements that enable successful solution delivery.
Work closely with training and communications teams to ensure clear,timely, and targeted messaging and enablement for impacted audiences.
Build andmaintainstrong change networks to support adoption and sustainability of changes across the organization
Manage the central CPSO BoW, ensuring alignment of change initiatives with strategicobjectivesand resourcecapacity.
Oversee the intake, prioritization, and assignment of new projects, ensuringappropriate governanceand transparency.
Prepare executive-level updates and reports that communicate progress, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectively.

Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in change management, program delivery, governance, or related roles, ideally within financial services.
Deepexpertisein the concept of change management for key business framework and artefacts.
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and organizational readiness management.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and project portfolio management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.

As a Product Manager, you will be a part of a new organization named Institutional Credit Management (ICM), which was recently formed to transform the way Citi manages the extension of wholesale credit to institutional clients. ICM is a global group focused on re-imaging credit control process, policies, and technology to manage the wholesale lending process end to end. Within ICM the Underwriting Product Management function is responsible for managing and developing credit risk strategies and platforms as they pertain to risk appetite management, client engagement, origination decision making, and credit monitoring. Additionally, the product manager is responsible for managing requirements and development activities that will create a user centric experience to meet the needs of differing business lines, regions, and regulatory demands.
Credit Risk Activities in Scope for Transformation:
Originations & Amendments – Transformation of the deal management lifecycle from prospecting through underwriting, credit administration, and booking operations
Periodic Assessment and Client Monitoring – Transformation of the credit review processes including Annual Reviews and Problem credit management
Portfolio Limit Setting and Management – Transformation of how Citi Manages Limits across Lending and Counter Party Credit products, including implementation of a comprehensive monitoring structure
Client Management and Servicing – Transformation of how our clients interact with Citi to execute on their business operation needs, including statements, draws, etc.

What will you be doing?
Track credit approvals approval process, following up when necessary and ensure approvals are received in compliance with policy/recorded in database accurately. Reflect approved structures in credit systems.
