What You'll Do:

You will build direct relationships with customers, will work closely with and utilize the selected channel partners to enhance new sales opportunities and renewals within your territory. You will lead all aspects of sales while using brand new technologies to remotely collaborate with customers and employ new sales models (cloud, services & software) to help customers maximizing their revenue.

  • You will be selling the entire Cisco portfolio to our Norwegian mid-market customers to help make their businesses run better and smarter
  • You will accurately forecast your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams; driving growth
  • You'll be accountable for driving new business as well as fostering your account base. We value a consultative sales approach focuses on driving business outcomes.
Who You Are:

If you enjoy selling in a changing environment, are goal motivated and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, we have a place for you.

  • You have 3+ years’ B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry.
  • You have a passion for IT and ability to tap into technology.
  • You have a history of career progression and desire for professional development
  • You've got experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer demos, negotiating and closing the sale).
  • Highly motivated with a “hunting spirit” to develop new opportunities and grow business
  • You are able to demonstrate strong sales achievement i.e., consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history YoY growth in your target market.
  • You are passionate about sales and building positive relationships.
  • You possess strong business acumen and can share value proposition to your customer base. Most importantly you have the ability to engage in active listening, to identify struggles- both current and future, and propose solutions to improve their process.
  • You have excellent communication/presentation skills.
  • You are a flexible and resilient problem solver; our strongest teammates have a sense of urgency to resolve issues.
  • You love a team environment and enjoy sharing ideas
  • You take pride in your positive and upbeat energy.
  • Experience with Meddpicc Sales methodlogy is a plus
  • Experience using digital selling tools such as Gong, Salesforce, ISDC, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English

Our team is seeking a curious and ambitious Account Manager to lead the engagement with some of our key Commercial customers within the Norwegian market. To help you be successful you will join an outstanding team of fun, energetic and passionate sales professionals.

  • Focus on an outstanding client experience, identifying new business opportunities, creative problem solving and become their trusted advisor.
  • Develop and maintain CXO relationships across both IT & their lines of business.
  • Own, develop and lead the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.
  • Plan and implement your sales strategy to meet the agreed achievements and timescales.
  • Work alongside a supportive extended sales team and subject-matter experts across numerous client projects.
  • Work closely with the Cisco Partner team, to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions and incremental value.
  • Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years' demonstrable experience as an Account Manager from within the tech or related industry. Commercial sector experience will be an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Strong skills in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, drive demand generation and develop business relationships.
  • Proven experience of growing market share and driven competitor displacement.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a matrixed sales environment and owning the sales lifecycle by leading multiple teams who are involved in the process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • You have strong technical and business interest/knowledge with complimentary skills to understand the customers’ business drivers and how technology plays an important role.
  • You demonstrate the vital skills to negotiate challenges and solutions with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
  • Excellent track record of success leading a large territory, demand generation, partner development, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, communicating business transformational solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
