About the Role:
What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager within the Catalyst Switching business unit, you will drive security innovation at the heart of the campus network. You will define and deliver security-focused capabilities across the Catalyst switching portfolio—bridging network infrastructure with modern security architectures. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, security, and platform teams to bring embedded security solutions like containerized firewalls, traffic steering, segmentation, and zero trust enforcement to life within the access layer.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within enterprise networking or cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of switching technologies and enterprise network architectures.
Familiarity with security frameworks like Zero Trust, NAC, firewalls and segmentation

Your ImpactYou will provide guidance and assist Security Sellers and Account teams within the territory in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Cisco security product solutions, setting up demonstrations, explaining features and benefits to customers, and designing and configuring products to address specific customer security needs. You will form relationships with our customer’s key decision-makers, positioning Cisco security solutions aligned accurately to their requirements.

You have broad architectural and operational understanding of Cybersecurity solutions, including how to best deploy technical solutions and programs for maximum return on investment.
What you’ll do at CiscoYou will be responsible for driving Cybersecurity professional Services business growth for Cisco across APJ Service Providers leveraging the extensive portfolio & capabilities that CX has across Advisory, Transformation and Operations for Telco, IT & OT.
As part of your role you will work closely with Portfolio sales, service sales and Service Provider Security sales teams.
2. 15+ years relevant experience with at least five (5 ) years as: senior Cybersecurity Practitioner, Solution Architect or Cybersecurity Operations leader in a major organization, in a ‘big 4+1’ company or other leading Cybersecurity consulting organization; or a combination thereof.
3. Proven experience in Cybersecurity in last 4-5 years in presales, Solution Development in customer facing roles with preferred specialisation in Service Provider / Telecommunication industry. (Other vertical experiences in Financial Services; Public Sector, Utilities or Technology also welcome)
4. Excellent presentation skills – ability to deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on Cybersecurity (with AI)

The Operations Manager is the bridge between ONEx/Commerce Operations and Cisco’s client (Customer/ Cisco Sales) operational experience. As the trusted advisor to our clients, the Operations Manager will be responsible for providing operational expertise and accountable for the execution of performance management, enablement, readiness, and advocacy in areas that would save time and effort for our clients. Operational Managers also articulate Operations strategy and represent client experience and requirements.
