Working closely with the team supporting local Customer Care businesses
Daily use of Salesforce to register all incoming emails/requests from customers and sales representatives
Performing transactions in SAP
Sending invoices to customers
Managing returns of products
Creating delivery notes
Processing credit notes
Other tasks related to Customer Care support
Profile Requirements:
Enthusiastic students on bachelor or master level (2024-2025)
Attentive to details (accurate) is a must
Polish native with good English is a must (B2).
Additional European language is desired: French, Italian (Minimum B1/B2)
Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

HR Intern
As member of the HR Operations team, you support the further development and execution of our transactional HR Service delivery within Poland. About the Role
In EMEA Payroll Accounting Analyst role, you'll oversee payroll accounting in Germany, with potential expansion over time to other countries. You'll handle month/quarter/year-end close processes, control payroll accounts, and resolve discrepancies. You'll collaborate with payroll, finance, and third-party vendors, and participate in projects like the Magellan Project to implement SAP S/4 HANA in EMEA.
