: in-depth understanding and expertise of pricing in a healthcare/MedTech setting, ideally on EMEA level. Strategic understanding/capabilities. Knows the type of stakeholders that you're dealing with and knowledge/understanding of market access & health economics based in either Madrid or Milan.

What your role will look like

You’ll be part of the RM EMEA Commercial & Customer Engagement (C&CE) team and report directly to our Pricing Lead RM EMEA. Working closely with theEMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, product management, and FP&A, you’ll bring clarity, insight, and consistency to our pricing strategy.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Analyze pricing data and develop strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Build value-based pricing strategies and adapt them to country-specific market dynamics.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to define clear customer price guidance.
  • Own divisional pricing reporting and performance tracking: monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc.
  • Support pricing execution and provide insights to local stakeholders in monthly price reviews.
  • Collaborate with the COE to implement pricing tools and improve pricing processes across the region.

You don’t need to be a pricing guru just yet but you do need the right mindset. If you're eager to learn, collaborate, and drive commercial impact, this role will offer the platform to grow. That said, you’ll likely thrive here if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations, ideally in MedTech or otherwise in healthcare.
  • Hold a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Bring a solid foundation in pricing strategy, analytics, and reporting .
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, etc.) are a plus.
  • Know how to simplify complex data and communicate clearly across functions.
  • Feel comfortable influencing commercial decisions and challenging stakeholders constructively.
  • Have experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools (a plus, not a dealbreaker).

About the role:

As Payroll Analyst, you will lead and support the processing of scheduled Italian payroll using EMEA-wide payroll processes and procedures. You will serve as the point of contact for the Tax Office, healthcare institutions, and other entities. Your role will involve extracting variable input data, populating upload templates, and resolving pay-related queries from employees within ServiceNow. You will work collaboratively with Human Resources, Finance, and other internal units to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will partner with payroll vendors to deliver best-in-class service and champion a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing, standardizing, and implementing automation into processes.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the processing of scheduled Italian payroll.
  • Serving as the point of contact for the Tax Office, healthcare institutions, and other entities.
  • Extracting variable input data and populating upload templates.
  • Reviewing and resolving pay-related queries from employees within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborating with Human Resources, Finance, and other internal units to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partnering with payroll vendors to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing, standardizing, and implementing automation into processes.
  • Becoming the Subject Matter Expert in specific payroll processes.
  • Liaising with company and external auditors to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Participating in GBS and Global Payroll projects by driving improvement initiatives and leading small projects or project steps.
  • Supporting team members by setting an example, coaching, and providing feedback and guidance.
  • Executing payroll accounting activities, including journal preparation and posting, month-end closure, and reconciliation.
  • Processing pension payments, reviewing costs, and reconciling payments.
  • Updating documentation with any process changes.
  • Handling other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

What are we looking for in you?

  • 3+ years of experience in in-house payroll.
  • Working knowledge of electronic attendance tracking systems (e.g., Zucchetti, Explora) is an advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of labor law.
  • Preferred additional experience within an international shared service environment, with a minimum of 12 months’ experience.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
  • Track record of continuous improvement and striving to be best in class.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong personal leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
