Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operation management:

•Ensure effective management of volume processed within established timeline, and quality standards (service levels and KPIs)

•Ensure availability of required system access and hardware to team members.

•Ensure availability of MIS and Reporting templates, regular updating and Reporting of performance

•Analyze and evaluate instances which lead to misses in expected outcomes and provide effective RCA and CAPA to prevent future repeat.

•Ensure audit and compliance requirements are always met consistently along with adherence to all the controls in the process.

•Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g.federal/country and regulatory requirements).

• Project Management / VI management:

•Drive a culture of value improvement among team members and lead execution of value improvements; able to manage such projects independently.

•Coordinator for system/project implementation for CC Service Line. Ensure controls, DTP, service delivery model, KPI set up correctly before service go -live.

•Work with RPP/GPS and VI Champions to streamline workflow, enhance operation efficiency and effectiveness through continuous innovation and business process excellence activities within the scope of services delivered that result in cost savings and increased service value.

• Relationship/Stakeholder Management:

•Pro-active, clear and concise communication with stakeholders to coordinate smooth delivery of services.

•Participate in service delivery reviews internally and with stakeholders

Skill Required:

•Hands-on experience of managing projects (end-to-end) independently, or with support

•Functional knowledge of Supply Chain management & processes

•Technical skills: ERP experience (SAP preferred);

•Knowledge and experience of any Project/Program Management methodology is desirable

•Excellent hands-on experience in MS Applications – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Project etc

•Language: Fluent in Japanese. Workable in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing financial statement and processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and increase overall value.
• Conduct in-depth financial research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative ideas for value enhancement. Use the knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with ATR operation team or cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that meet or exceed performance targets.
• Provide guidance or support to key performance indicators to measure the impact of process changes and report on outcomes, sharing your expertise in project management and financial analysis. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Regularly report project status to management, stakeholders or sponsors, providing clear and concise updates on key milestones and achievements.
• Provide training and support to team members on processes, soft skills & hard skills, other technologies based on strong domain/other knowledge.
• Lead internal/external audit supporting and review with stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree inFinance orAccounting related major.

• years of hands-on experience in full Account to report process, especially familiarity with industry-specific inventory, cost related experience
• At least 3 years experience in successfully leading and delivering projects within the finance domain.
• 3-4 years management experience to lead team

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and optimization opportunity identification skills, including root cause analysis and data analytics
• Good communication skills with the ability to drive teams and present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
• Team player, flexible, and committed to quality process, details and outcomes
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, required for a global work environment.

• Professional certifications such as intermediate accounting, PMP or others in accounting & project management.
• Basic VBA/RPA skills is preferable
• Understanding of Chinese GAP or USGAAP is preferable

• 负责产品的准入工作，发展及实现产品的有效医院覆盖，并开发潜在市场
• 与客户建立良好关系，保持和维护公司品牌和形象
• 负责销售渠道管理工作，对代理商进行有效管理和支持辅导

• 3年以上医疗行业销售经验，有渠道管理以及耗材销售经验优先
• 良好的自我驱动力及较强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力
