• Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports business goals and enhances employee engagement.
• Lead executive compensation, broad-based compensation, and benefits programs globally.

• Oversee the design and execution of incentive programs, equity plans, and pay-for-performance frameworks.

• Develop and organize agenda and meeting materials for the Compensation Committee, ensuring all content is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered promptly.
• Provide strategic guidance on rewards-related matters, including executive severance, change-in-control processes, employment agreements, M&A due diligence, and post-transaction plan design and harmonization.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, RFP’s, plan designs, and program performance with external vendors, brokers, and benefits consultants.
• Maintain compliance with global and local compensation regulations, providing governance over pay practices including EU Pay Transparency regulations and similar federal, state, and local requirements.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in compensation, benefits, and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices in total rewards management.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing total rewards team.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required; Master's degree and/or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP. CEBS) preferred.
• You have 12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits leadership preferably within an enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven organization.
• You have experience developing and designing a global total rewards strategy from the ground up.
• Experience working with boards of private and publicly traded companies.
• You have a strong financial acumen and understanding of tax/accounting/legal/regulatory issues related to executive compensation, as well as global compensation and benefits programs.
• You have the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations, balancing multiple competing interests (e.g., cost considerations, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and internal equity).
• You have strong expertise in executive compensation, equity programs, and variable pay structures.

• Lead and participate in teams with BMC, partner, and customer resources to deliver outcomes and generate additional business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with conversion code programmers through weekly status calls.
• Plan communication and collaboration strategies among the Customer Team, Account Team, Pre-Sales, Services Sales, Internal Team, and PMO.
• Lead conversion scoping meetings, preparing materials, and collaborating with key stakeholders for review of conversion analysis.
• Conduct complex project analysis, ensuring customer readiness and compliance with delivery deadlines, environments, and implementation plans.
• Provide Control-M Solution design assistance
• Facilitate process improvements and capability enablementAid with Install, Configuration, Migration, and Implementation activities of Control-M z/OS Software changes, adhering to customer software delivery life cycle, all change controls, and blackout periods

• Subject Matter Expert in Converting To/From Output Manager Products (Control-M Output Manager, CA View/Deliver, CA Dispatch), JCL Verify Products, and Tape products (e.g., CA1, TLMS, Control-M Tape), Scheduling products (e.g. CA7, CA ESP, Automic, Autosys, TWS).
• Knowledge of network communications, Control-M Security setup (ACF2/RACF/Top Secret), and Midrange Systems.
• Knowledge in programming/scripting (JCL, JAVA, PL/I, REXX, Assembler) and various operating systems (Mainframe, Linux, Unix, Windows).
• Strong experience with z/OS operating system, program product installation, system configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Control-M products.
• Architectural skills in SYSPLEX layout, system naming conventions, and software distribution, with strong consultative skills in customer-facing roles.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, mentor colleagues, and build relationships across Sales, Support, Application Teams, and Engineering
• Experience working in Services or projects, preferably Customer facing in a professional consultative capacity

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity threat management, threat detection, threat hunting, or offensive security.
• Proficiency with at least one SIEM platform (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
• Proficiency with enterprise solutions providing dark web monitoring, attack surface management, threat intelligence, and risk rating.
• Understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Proven experience with penetration testing tools and techniques (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, custom exploits).
• Good understanding of network protocols, endpoint behaviors, and cloud security.
• Strong scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
