Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years Change Management or Project Management Experience
• 5+ years Banking domain experience supporting; prefer prior Bank of America experience.
• 3+ years Governance experience.
• 2+ years of Risk/audit experience.
• 2+ years of experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Release and Deployment of project delivery, including technical assessments, vetting of proposed solutions, planning development, scheduling, and change implementation to deliver intended outcomes including zero impact to the production network.
• Operate quality assurance functions to validate technical designs, pre and post change procedures, UAT acceptance criteria, and back-out plans.
• Ensure project close-out practices occur including database updates, asset tracking, inventory systems, tools, records retention, and process updates.
