Job Description:

Our Sr. Sales Executives earn a base between $67,900 - $101,900 + $73,000 with a total target compensation of $140,900 - $174,900. What you’ll do:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks.

  • Client Engagement:Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to both current and potential clients.

  • Account Development:Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.

  • Consultative Selling:Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities.

  • Proposal Development:Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services that can benefit customers.

  • Strategic Initiatives:

What you’ll need:

  • Hunter Mindset:A relentless drive to seek out leads and close deals, coupled with resiliency and perseverance.

  • Networking and Negotiation Skills:Strong ability to network and negotiate effectively.

  • Valid Driver’s License:Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.

  • Sales Targets:Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.

What you’ll bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Sales Experience:5-8+ years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, with a preference for technology-based sales.

  • Technical Knowledge:Experience and knowledge in IT and advanced technology.

  • Sales Funnel Management:Proficiency in managing sales funnels and previous experience with CRM systems.

Job Description:

This is a sales and customer facing position, no office requirement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Client Relationship and Account Management:Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.

Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.

Market and Trend Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

RFP response Management:May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

•May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to solve problems and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the entire product/service line.
  • Has deep knowledge of AT&T Mobility & First Net services
  • Expertise to Identify, Qualify, Propose, and Close Sales Opportunities
  • Be able to gather pertinent information from customers for design, pricing and ordering
  • Able to develop sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)
  • Travel to customer meetings frequently
  • 4-8 years of complex sales experience and account management experience
  • Within close proximity to the local office

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 8+ years of related sales experience.

Our Senior Client Sol Executive's earn a base salary between$66,900 -$112,300+ commission with a total target compensation of $124,900 - $170,300. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
