  • Resolve Complex Customer Issues: Address billing, orders, maintenance, and technical support inquiries effectively.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify, communicate, and resolve service-affecting issues promptly.

  • Customer Interaction and Feedback: Engage with customers and document interactions for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure detailed documentation of customer transactions and service activities.

Job Contribution:

  • An entry-level professional with foundational knowledge, applying company policies to routine issues.

  • Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work.

  • Contributes to project fulfillment and organizational objectives, influencing productivity and expenditures.

  • Works under regular supervision with visibility primarily within the department or region.

Supervisor:


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

  • 0-3 years of related experience.

Our Sr Associate Customer Service, earn between $44,600 - $66,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
