- 8+ years' experience in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Experience managing IT transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Highly strategic and analytical, possessing experience in solving business, product, and technical challenges and direct people management experience, leading high-performing service line teams including business operations and financial management.
- Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of complex data & analytics strategies and solutions at scale supporting Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries and geographies; Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.

The Project Manager is responsible for project oversight and review of all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural. The individual will be expected understand the systems and identify areas for improvement as well as act on data provided from other team and organizations. This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. The scope of projects will include but not limited to the improvement of electrical, mechanical, fire detection and building automation system. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned project.

- Min. BA/BS in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar Technical focus
- Min. 3 years of working in a fast paced environment
- Min. 3 years of vendor management experience and familiar with contracts
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, incorporate feedback, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders
- 3 years of project management or engineering experience in construction/data centers or similar critical infrastructures
- Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, follow-through and deliver on projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment

- Work with AWS technologies such as SageMaker (Machine Learning), SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, CloudWatch, Data Pipelines, and Kinesis

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

5+ years’ work experience in a technical environment
Expertise in two or more technical domains (e.g. System administration, networking, programming, dev ops, security, compute, storage, databases, big data, analytics, etc.)
Experience in one or more functional domain (e.g. architecture, operations, technical implementation, consulting)
Professional experience with AWS and/or other cloud offerings such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc.
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools including Continuous Integration / Deployment etc.
