- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

Key job responsibilities
His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:
4) Working closely with corporate functions such as PP, PR, Legal, and Tax for prior alignment.

- 10+ years working experience, among which 5 + years in partnership development, business development, or project management;
- Capable of self-driven and independent work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven track record of sealing deals with partner;
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with frequent cross-functional and senior management communications and be able to exert indirect authority to deliver results;
- Excellent oral written English and Chinese, capability to write formal documents; and can handle frequent travels.

- E-commerce industry knowledge and experience preferred;
- New partnership development or business development experience would be a plus.
