In this role, you will…
  • Deliver Results - Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets, MBO, Operational Plan and Profitability Plan for Malaysia.
  • Responsible for the working with assigned accounts and team within Align Tech (Malaysia), including direction, motivation and development of sales plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success.
  • Provide all appropriate reporting to the National Sales Manager including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
  • Responsible for the sales area as ‘their business’ and be willing to take responsibility for its planning and development in what is a high growth business.
  • Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team in Malaysia and within SEA. Drive the Best Outcomes
  • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products;
  • Provide training in product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management, and Align Terms and Conditions of Business.
  • Evaluation and coaching of co-colleagues through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback and the analysis of data.
  • Evaluate levels of customer, product and systems knowledge via in-field assessment.
  • Provide appropriate training and field coaching as required
  • Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by focusing high value activity and selling.
  • Ensure professional dress code and attitude is maintained at all.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental, company goals and comply with all policies, practices and procedures.
  • Work with the National Sales Manager to set Operational plan for future periods and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Keep abreast of what competitors are doing; and update National Sales Manager of market intelligence and pulses in the market.
  • Be responsible for all quality updates records and customer product feedback for Malaysia market.
  • Comply with all policies, practices and procedures.
  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
  • Lock in Key Relationships - Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases; engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as an Invisalign provider and current submitters to develop Invisalign business.
  • Balance the short term operational needs with the long term organizational needs of the business.
In this role, you’ll need …
  • To perform this job successfully, the individual must have mastered the skill set of a Territory Manager. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Alternatively, background as dental therapist/hygienist and acquired valuable knowledge of the industry and its products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Pride in excelling and self-directed individual.
  • Computer knowledge is required.

· Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad (tanto internos como regulatorios) para disminuir el potencial de lesiones de los empleados en el trabajo.
· Crear y supervisar un programa de capacitación para los empleados enfocado en la productividad y conservación de recursos.
· Evaluar cada estación del proceso de fabricación para asegurar la máxima eficacia.
· Coordina las labores del personal del turno (Lideres y Operadores).
· Vela por el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos y/o maquinarias a cargo, garantizando la máxima eficiencia de ellos.
· Responsable de dar seguimiento a las acciones y/o escalaciones que se generen en las revisiones de los resultados.
· Responsable de cuidar y corregir cualquier cambio negativo en todos los métricos principales del área asignada.
· Asumir la responsabilidad de los procesos de fabricación y envíos en la planta.
· Mantener líneas abiertas de comunicación entre los empleados y todos los niveles de la organización.
· Garantizar que todos los recursos y activos se utilicen de manera eficaz y correcta.
· Aplicar criterios de calidad.
· Aplicar criterios de calidad en aspectos de ingeniería.
· Cumplir las normas básicas de seguridad.
· Aplicar conocimientos de los estándares, metas y objetivos.
· Manejo de proyectos de mejora continua: Seguridad, Calidad, Costo y Entrega.
· Elaboración de estudios de tiempo/balanceo, estudios de capacidad de procesos.
· Aplicar conocimientos de manufactura esbelta.
· Comunicación asertiva.
· Métodos de Solución de problemas (5 why’s, PDCA, 5W3L, QR)
· Aplicar conocimientos de TPM (mantenimiento autónomo).
· Manejo de personal.
· Manejo del Sistema de producción MES.
· Toma decisiones.
· Seguimiento a las buenas Prácticas de Manufactura del personal a su cargo.
· Manejo de conflictos.
· Habilidad para analizar el inventario en proceso.
· Habilidad para dar seguimiento a corridas piloto.
· Habilidad para dar soporte técnico y de recursos de operación a otros departamentos.
· Trabajar en equipo con su departamento y con la empresa.

· Presentar resultados semanales de medibles y posibles mejoras.
· Administrar al personal a su cargo a través del Sistema Tress en el módulo de supervisores.
· Seguir las indicaciones contenidas en el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo referentes a seguridad y de las relaciones con los demás trabajadores, así como también lo referente al cuidado del equipo, materiales, instalaciones y otros recursos propiedades de la empresa.
· Cumplimiento de metas de producción diaria.

· Habilidad para lograr meta como ausentismo, rotación, calidad, eficiencia, productividad, 5’s.
· Monitoreo de reporte Aging days (Mexico Reports) para asegurar el movimiento en tiempo de las órdenes.

Educación, habilidades y/o experiencia deseables

· Carrera profesional terminada en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
· Experiencia previa/comprobable como supervisor de Producción y/o Manufactura.
· Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en plantas de Manufactura.
· Se requieren habilidades organizacionales y fuerte liderazgo.
· Conocimiento avanzado en técnicas de solución de problemas.
· Manejo de MS-Office (Excel, Word y Power Point).
· Disponibilidad de horario.

  • Plan and execute Align's sales strategy to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive sales within the practice.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with each account, including staff, assistants and doctor by demonstrating practice focus based on integrity and trust.
  • Understand account capabilities to help identify gaps and recommend training, technical resources, and support to ensure customers are well-equipped to treat patients with appropriate Align Technology solutions and ensure positive patient outcomes.

  • Proven record of successful sales achievements and competitive sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead virtual presentations with area and field stakeholders.
  • Can balance strong ability to nurture accounts with desire to seek out opportunities.
  • Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
