  • Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Factory Outlet through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.

  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
