As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers at Expoint that provides leadership and direction in the analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective action for high-tech product and system failures. You will lead investigations into complex production issues using both traditional and advanced diagnostic techniques to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions. You will also be responsible for developing and presenting technical solutions to cross-functional teams, while also conducting failure analysis on sample product to appropriately determine root cause of failure.
In order to thrive as a Failure Analysis Engineer, you must possess a strong technical aptitude and have a proven track record of successfully leading failure analysis investigation projects. You must also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
