Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:- Execute day-to-day inventory management tasks for Quantum Computing and site-to-site material transfers
- Monitor stock levels and execute replenishment orders based on established processes- Maintain accurate inventory records by executing cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements including chemical storage
- Arrange transportation for site-to-site transfers of inventory- Process improvementsA day in the life

- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Inventory Management experience
- Experience in a lab environment with a focus on research and development

- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices.
- Atlassian JIRA software experience
