What You’ll Do
Complete residential Main Panel Upgrades (MPU)
Work with peers and leadership to evaluate job requirements and cost
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues
Lead efforts on safe work practices for the Field Operations team
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process by educating customers about the product(s) and offering real-time updates on job status
Document and update job status in the company database
Attend training sessions and weekly team meetings on new products, installation methodology and safety. Perform other related duties, as assigned
What You’ll Bring
A valid state Journeyman Electrician License, and understands NEC codes
Position requires working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders, stairs and performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
Able to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, rain, cold, crawl spaces, etc) . Must meet OSHA fall protection standards for at height work limited at 310lbs. and have the ability to climb and utilize equipment on site including various ladders rated for 325lbs. Standard 1926.502(d)(16)(v)
Must be able to meet equipment standards for fall protection (harness, anchor, ropes, etc.) with a maximum capacity of 310bs and have the ability climb and utilize equipment on site including various ladders rated for 325lbs
Experience using basic hand and power tools and basic computer skills required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with excellent customer service skills

What You’ll Do
The Associate Regional Finance Analyst will review and negotiate non-routine contracts and credit offerings with automotive lenders as an advocate for the Tesla customer
Represent the Tesla customers' interests in a thoughtful, detailed, and honest manner in negotiations with automotive lenders
Build strong working relationships with outside lender personnel including credit analysts, funders, sales representatives and managers based on mutual benefit
Assist Tesla customers in selecting a financing offer based solely on maximizing the customers' overall Tesla experience
Complete the placement of contracts with lending banks including all required and requested stipulations in a fast and efficient manner to maximize cash flow for the company
Review income documents, affordability ratios, and credit reports in order to advise customers regarding a credit decision
Build strong working relationships with the Sales Team, Delivery Operations Team, and all Tesla team members
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
1+ years' experience in analyzing consumer auto loans and leases for a captive automotive finance company or major bank
1+ years' experience in the negotiation of consumer loan terms between automobile dealers and the financing lender for consumer auto loans and leases
Expertise in reviewing consumer credit reports including Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union. Proven ability to perform credit risk analysis
Knowledge of Consumer Auto Finance and FCRA and ECOA rules
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Ability to work independently and think creatively with a proven track record of execution

What You’ll Bring
Vocational or technical school training preferred
Experience in roof work, general construction, or carpentry

What You’ll Do
Review upcoming appointments and ensure that parts are available or ordered Appointments are properly prepared and documented in our system for scheduling. Maintain excellent organization of parts area to standard
Monitor inventory within the parts system, complete regular stock counts, and communicate parts updates and availability with relevant team members. Source parts from distribution centers and other service center locations and allocate them to service appointments
Process shipments from vendors under warranty or orders specific to customer service cases
Follow-up with vendors on warranty claims and shipment issues and determine whether field-return parts should be scrapped, cycled into inventory, or returned to vendor or Tesla facility
Prepare defective Tesla-manufactured parts for shipment to other Tesla Facilities or third party for Failure Analysis, Remanufacturing or Warranty Replacement also, process, prepare and return non-Tesla-manufactured defective parts to vendors under warranty
Pick up and transport parts using van or forklift, if necessary, to support field operations and prevent customer re-schedules. Manage proper disposal of old parts and hazardous materials if determined for scrap
Support specialized tools and personal protective equipment used by Field Service. Report events (injury, illnesses, property equipment damage, auto, environmental release, etc.) immediately to direct manager. Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
What You’ll Bring
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers . Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals but also be able to complete tasks with little to no supervision
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines. Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn about the changes in Tesla products and services. Able to speak, understand, read, and write effectively in the English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems and tools. Able to obtain forklift certification within 3 months of employment and retain certification every 3 years. Ability to travel to other warehouses or Tesla sites as needed
Follow all environmental health and safety requirements and have a valid driver’s license
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day including, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry material
Repetitively climb stairs, bend, kneel, push, pull, crouch, and reach inside vehicles/ warehouses. Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing
