Expoint is looking for a technical support engineer based in Israel to join our innovative team and help improve the customer experience of our products.
As a technical support engineer, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues with customers and providing assistance in resolving any hardware or software issues. Additionally, you’ll consult with customers on how to use the product, test new and existing technology, offer consultative options for customers, and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have significant technical skills and experience with hardware/software support. Certification in an IT related field and experience in hardware and software troubleshooting is a plus. You’ll also need strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
